The   company is unique within the industry in that we not only design manufacture, fabricate, assemble and integrate our own line of Patented Aircraft Flight Training Devices (AFTD's), Flight Training Devices (FTD's), and Vehicle simulator's     we also   offer advanced helicopter flight training through our FlyHelos.com Simulator Center located in Sanford FL., and manage a number of fixed wing aircraft including Piper Warriors,   Piper   Arrorws   which   we   offer to club members for   TIME BUILD and/or   fixed wing training.

Our     simulator center is a state-of-the art facility equipped with a Full Motion 6 Degree of Freedom Bell 206B Jet Ranger     an A-Star 350 and   Jet Ranger Part Task Trainer. these simulator's are used for Instrument, Type Rating, Transition to Turbine and other advanced lever helicopter training. We provide customized training programs to Law Enforcement, Fire Rescue, Department of Homeland Security to meet the demands of specialized helicopter operations.   The simulator center is   manned by an experienced staff of Fixed and Rotary WIng Certified Flight Instructors with Instrument Ratings   for administration of all levels of flight training.     Our simulator training programs are approved by most major insurance carriers. Below is a description of the services provided by RealSims

Simulator Fabrication
Metal, Fiberglass and Machine fabrication for simulator cockpits, instrument consoles, panels, flight control systems and full motion platforms. Integration services include electronic wiring assembly and installation of single and dual position cockpit environments to include image generators, visual and display systems   for single and   multi channel visual system and display system applications up to and including full hemispherical domes, large format curved and flat screen displays and clustered LCD's. The company also builds custom structures as well as simulator's for military (HumVee, Cougar MRPV and others) and commercial vehicles.

Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) FTD's and AFTD Simulators We offer a line of fixed and rotary wing AFTD's (to level 5) and FTD's in open (using our patented FasTrac Reconfigurable Technology)   and closed cockpit configurations for General Aviation Aircraft   and Helicopters, Corporate and VLJ and Commercial Airliners.

Advanced Flight Training
Rotary wing IFR and Transition to Turbine Flight Training for the current helicopter pilot, Insurance Company Clients,   Law Enforcement, DOHS and other Helicopter Operators requiring recurrency and Instrument Ratings for their pilots..

Aircraft Time Build Programs
VFR and IFR Aircraft are available for rent by the hour to club members at discounted rates. You must posses a Private Single Engine Certification to rent the aircraft (Club membership is required). Student Pilots may bring their own CFI with them for flight training or we can assign a CFI if student is interested in building flight time toward his/her private rating.
