RealSims Offers Helicopter Instrument Flight Training through it's FlyHelos division www.FlyHelos.com. Our program offers an innovative approach to helicopter flight training -- “Real World Hands on Training”. Our flight training programs are intended for existing commercial VFR rated rotary wing pilots with limited or no experience in Instrument Flight. Our programs are designed to deliver the highest quality flight training to corporate, law enforcement, med-evac, forestry service and off shore helicopter pilots and operators interested in obtaining the FAA Rotary Wing Instrument certification. One of the most significant aspects of our instrument training programs is our comprehensive emphasis on delivery of real work scenario based training in all kinds of adverse weather conditions using state-of-the-art FULL MOTION and Non Motion Simulators. You learn to fly ILS approaches in varying conditions just like you would in the Real World. FlyHelos comprehensive emphasis on Advanced Rotary Wing training is unlike any traditional flight training program. It teaches the pilot to fly helicopters in both demanding single and multi -crew environments so when weather closes in on you you are ready, confident and fully qualified to handle the situation.
 FlyHelos caters to the commercial helicopter pilot and operator preparing the pilot to be thoroughly trained and equipped with the knowledge and practical hands on experience to handle future challenges.
Our staff of professional flight instructors are current on FAA AIMS, have maximum exposure to high end simulators and advanced aircraft and are experienced ex military and/or commercial pilots with hundreds to thousands of flight hours in turbine helicopters.
